Welcome to Roe Pro Fitness & Athletics. Our mission is to provide a safe, positive, and high-level training environment for all athletes and families. By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any Roe Pro service, program, membership, camp, clinic, or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Policies & Terms.
1. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our programming, staffing, facility commitments, and limited enrollment opportunities, all purchases are subject to the following refund policy:
Memberships
Monthly memberships are non-refundable.
Membership cancellations require a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for unused sessions, missed classes, vacations, injuries, or scheduling conflicts.
Session Packages and Credits
All session packages and class credits are non-refundable.
Session credits may be transferred to another Roe Pro program at the discretion of management.
Unused session credits expire according to the terms of the purchased package.
Private Training
Private sessions canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance may be rescheduled.
Sessions canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be forfeited.
Camps, Clinics, and Events
Refund requests submitted fourteen (14) or more days before an event will receive a refund less any processing fees.
Refund requests made within fourteen (14) days of the event will receive account credit only.
No refunds or credits will be issued after an event has begun.
If Roe Pro cancels an event, participants will receive either a refund or account credit.
Medical Emergencies
Refunds or credits due to documented medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Roe Pro management.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Group Classes
Classes canceled less than twelve (12) hours before the scheduled start time may be forfeited.
Failure to attend a scheduled class without notice constitutes a no-show and may result in forfeiture of the session.
Private Sessions
Private sessions require at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
3. Membership Policy
All memberships automatically renew unless canceled.
Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the next billing date.
Memberships are non-transferable.
Membership fees are due regardless of attendance.
Roe Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of company policies.
4. Session Expiration Policy
Unless otherwise specified:
Six (6) session packages expire ninety (90) days after purchase.
Twelve (12) session packages expire one hundred eighty (180) days after purchase.
Promotional packages expire according to the terms of the promotion.
Unlimited memberships remain active only while membership payments remain current.
5. Weather & Facility Closure Policy
Roe Pro reserves the right to cancel or modify training sessions due to weather conditions, facility issues, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
In such situations, Roe Pro may provide:
A makeup session;
Account credit; or
Rescheduled programming.
Refunds are not guaranteed for weather-related cancellations.
6. Athlete Conduct Policy
All athletes are expected to:
Demonstrate respect toward coaches, staff, teammates, and fellow participants;
Follow all instructions and safety guidelines;
Use equipment appropriately;
Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
Roe Pro reserves the right to remove any participant from training, camps, clinics, or memberships without refund for violations of conduct expectations.
7. Parent & Guardian Conduct Policy
Roe Pro is committed to maintaining a positive and professional environment.
Parents and guardians agree to:
Treat staff, coaches, athletes, and other families with respect;
Refrain from abusive, threatening, harassing, or disruptive behavior;
Support a positive learning and athletic environment.
Roe Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation privileges without refund for inappropriate conduct.
8. Medical Disclosure & Injury Policy
Parents and participants are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, injuries, limitations, medications, allergies, or health concerns prior to participation.
Participation in athletic training involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:
Muscle strains;
Sprains;
Falls;
Collisions;
Serious injury.
Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily.
9. Results Disclaimer
Roe Pro Fitness & Athletics is committed to providing high-quality coaching, training, and athletic development programs designed to maximize each athlete’s potential. However, participation in Roe Pro programs does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
Roe Pro makes no guarantees regarding, including but not limited to:
Athletic performance improvements;
Strength, speed, agility, or vertical jump increases;
Team selection or playing time;
Starting positions;
College recruitment opportunities;
Scholarship offers;
Athletic rankings or accolades;
Injury prevention;
Competitive success.
Individual results vary based on numerous factors, including attendance, effort, consistency, health status, genetics, coaching application, training history, nutrition, recovery, and adherence to prescribed programming.
By participating in Roe Pro programs, participants and parents acknowledge that athletic development is highly individualized and that Roe Pro cannot guarantee any specific athletic, academic, recruiting, or performance outcome.
10. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in athletic training, strength training, speed training, camps, clinics, and sports performance activities involves inherent risks.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:
Roe Pro Fitness & Athletics;
Roe Pro Sports Fund;
Roe Pro employees;
Coaches;
Contractors;
Volunteers;
Facility owners;
Affiliates;
from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation, except where prohibited by applicable law.
11. Media Release
By participating in Roe Pro programs, participants and guardians grant Roe Pro Fitness & Athletics permission to photograph, record, and use photographs, videos, testimonials, names, likenesses, and performance footage for:
Marketing;
Social media;
Educational content;
Promotional materials;
Website content;
Advertising.
No compensation shall be owed for such use.
Requests to opt out of media usage must be submitted in writing.
12. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By purchasing any Roe Pro service, membership, package, camp, clinic, or event, participants agree to these policies.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated:
For services already rendered;
For reserved training spots;
Or contrary to these policies;
may result in:
Immediate suspension of services;
Removal from all Roe Pro programs;
Collection activity;
Recovery of disputed funds;
Recovery of processing fees;
Recovery of administrative costs;
Recovery of legal and collection expenses where permitted by law.
13. Facility Rules
Participants agree to:
Wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear;
Follow all safety instructions;
Respect Roe Pro property and equipment;
Return equipment to designated areas;
Refrain from horseplay or unsafe conduct;
Use designated spectator and waiting areas.
Roe Pro reserves the right to remove participants who violate facility rules.
14. Transportation Policy
Unless explicitly stated in writing, Roe Pro does not provide transportation services. Participants and families are solely responsible for transportation arrangements.
15. Privacy Policy
Roe Pro respects your privacy. Personal information collected during registration and participation is used solely for:
Program administration;
Communication;
Billing;
Scheduling;
Operational purposes.
Roe Pro does not sell personal information to third parties.
16. Governing Law
These Policies & Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Any disputes arising from participation or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located within South Carolina.
