At RoePro, athletes develop through a structured system rooted in mechanics, force production, and progressive overload. Training is matched to age, experience, and physical readiness so each athlete builds a strong foundation before advancing. The result is real speed, real power, and real confidence that carries into competition.

Acceleration & Control (Middle School – 6 PM)

We teach proper sprint mechanics, deceleration control, and intro power development. Athletes begin learning how to apply force safely and efficiently.

Movement Foundations (Elementary – 5 PM)

We build coordination, posture, rhythm, and confidence.
Athletes learn how to move before we ask them to move fast.

Speed is not random drills. It is a skill that must be taught, layered, and progressed over time.

Max Velocity & Power Transfer (High School – 7 PM)

We refine sprint efficiency, improve top-end speed, and develop explosive strength that carries into sport. Training becomes more advanced, intentional, and competitive.

Explosive Development (Vertical – 8 PM)

Focused jump and power training for athletes ready to increase force production and reactive ability. This is where elastic strength and true explosiveness are built.

Training runs Monday through Thursday with the same schedule every night. Athletes train with their age group at a consistent time, creating rhythm, accountability, and progression throughout the week.

Is This Right for Your Athlete?

THIS TRAINING IS FOR:

  • Athletes who want structured development

  • Multi-sport athletes

  • Middle and high school athletes preparing for the next level

  • Families looking for long-term progression, not short-term workouts

The home for serious athletes.

  1. Sprint mechanics & acceleration

  2. Jump output & force production

  3. Change-of-direction efficiency

  4. Strength baseline & movement quality

Before joining a training group, we evaluate:

  1. Sprint mechanics & acceleration

  2. Jump output & force production

  3. Change-of-direction efficiency

  4. Strength baseline & movement quality

Then we place them where they’ll develop fastest.
