Our NFL Draft Prep Program provides comprehensive training tailored to the specific demands of the NFL Combine, Pro Days, and private workouts. Program Overview

Duration:

8-12 weeks (customized based on athlete availability and Combine/Pro Day dates)

Training Components:

1. Combine-Specific Skill Development

40-Yard Dash: Starts, acceleration, and top-end speed.

Vertical and Broad Jump: Explosiveness and power.

3-Cone Drill & Shuttle: Agility, balance, and change of direction.

Bench Press: Strength endurance for maximum repetitions.

2. Position-Specific Training

• Tailored drills to enhance skills specific to the athlete’s position.

• Film study and tactical preparation for on-field testing.

3. Strength & Conditioning

• Focused on building strength, power, and durability.

• Incorporates Olympic lifts, core stability, and mobility work.

4. Speed & Agility

• Advanced sprint mechanics, quickness drills, and lateral movement efficiency.

5. Recovery & Regeneration (Invigory, Embodi PT, & Stretch Lady)

• Daily Mobility and Flexibility Sessions: Focused on enhancing range of motion and reducing muscle tightness.

• Access to Recovery Tools: Cryotherapy, compression therapy, and soft tissue massage for optimal recovery and reduced soreness.

• Injury Prevention Programs: Customized exercises to address imbalances and reduce the risk of injuries.

• Functional Movement Assessments: Identify and correct movement deficiencies to improve overall performance and durability.

• Physical Therapy Benefits: On-site access to certified physical therapists for injury rehabilitation, personalized treatment plans, and guidance to maintain peak physical condition. (PT is Optional-Not included in pricing)

6. Sports Nutrition & Meal Prep

• Customized meal planning plus meal prep (3 meals/day Mon-Fri) and supplementation guidance and access.

• Hydration strategies for optimal performance.

7. Mental Preparation (Chloé Maleski)

• Sports psychology sessions to improve focus, confidence, and resilience.

• Visualization techniques to enhance performance under pressure.

8. Interview and Media Training

• Mock interviews to prepare athletes for team meetings.

• Guidance on handling media and presenting oneself professionally.
