Basketball athletic performance

This specialized training is designed specifically for basketball players.

 
Our goal is to elevate their athletic performance, not just their skills with the ball, but their overall speed, strength, explosiveness, and movement efficiency.

 
Each session will be 30 minutes in length and intentionally scheduled after practices, so athletes can transition directly into training and get right to work. Sessions will focus on developing the physical tools that directly impact in-game performance: acceleration, first-step quickness, body control, core stability, and injury prevention.
